Hello Everyone!
Today, it's two challenges and two cards ... Muse and CASology:
Muse Challenge #209
SonjaK provided a gorgeous card for our inspirations. My rendition for the Muse Challenge includes Kraft, splatter/dot background, blue flower, colors. A painting of clear WOS adds sparkle to the flower. Vellum was adhered behind the Kraft. I liked the way a new stamp made the spots ... although a little too many ... used the panel anyway!!
CASology 242 - Text
The text is a birthday background stamp die-cut as a flower with a 'celebrate' die-cut used as the stem.
Thank you for visiting and commenting ... always appreciate your feedback. Wish you a good day.

Love this wonky-looking flower! Great take on the inspiration! So glad you joined us at Muse this week!
ReplyDeleteTotally love your take on my Muse card. To be honest I had some issues with my splatters as well. They didn't turn out the way I had imagined them right away. Messed up three card bases before I came up with the one I went with. So you're not alone. ;o)
ReplyDeleteBlack, white and red...such a fantastic, classic color scheme! Love the way you used the sentiment as the flower stem!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining us over at CASology! :)
Hey Marilyn!! Super creative card. I love how you used the text as the stem for your flower. Nicely done. Thank you so much for playing with us this week at CASology.
ReplyDeleteTwo amazing cards Marilyn! LOVE the direction you took with the muse... and your take on the Casology cue... fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing at CASology this week!
