Time to play at TIME OUT where they are having a 3rd birthday celebration with the theme of Love and/or Friendship with the optional technique twist of spotlight stamping.For my card I repeatedly masked/stamped a flower using black hybrid ink and chose to color one of the flowers in shades of red. The colored flower area was die-cut using a pierced square die and stacked on three layers of black card stock. To coordinate with the sentiment the flower was painted with a few coats of clear WOS and rhinestone gems were added to the center.
