Greetings!Two firsts - playing in the One Layer Simplicity Challenge with my first one-layer card. The challenge this month is August Art - my card includes art inspired/themed sentiments.
First, I cut a piece of card stock using the MFT - Die-namics Snow Drifts Cover-up. That piece was used as a stencil to create the background by applying/ink blending three colors of Distress Inks (Abandoned Coral, Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade). Second, using the Blossom Stamp Set (Precious Remembrance) I stamped the flower and art-related sentiments in black. Third, a sequin that matches/blends with the background colors was added to the flower center.
