feel better soonOur inspiration this week is provided by Anita who designed a very CAS card for our thoughts. For my card I used a panel strip trimmed in black, lots of flowers in similar colors, yellow centers in the flowers, a similar sentiment. I randomly stamped the small flowers. Then, I colored with copic markers. One of my copics became very juicy that resulted in a little surgery on the panel strip. For the microscopic-sized flower centers the negative of a die-cut was used. This adds some texture to the card. For a little sparkle a couple coats of clear WOS were applied to the tiny centers.

ReplyDeleteI like the way you've changed up Anita's card, and made it your own. The wider panel sprinkled with all those little flowers was a great idea. All the work that went into this card was well worth it; it's really pretty. Wonderful card. Bev
ReplyDeleteBeautiful interpretation of Anita's Muse card; thank you for the tip to use the negative of a die cut to add "micro" details with copics. I love the extra flowers that create the illusion of movement.
