MFT - Color Challenge 17 - Thoughts of You

This is a sympathy card for a friend whose mother recently passed.  Although sympathy cards are not my favorite to make, most times I'm pleased with the outcome.  The coral and steel blue colors are in the DP.  The gems add just a touch of the teal color and a little sparkle.

MFT WSC 218 and MFT Color Challenge #16

Today's card is for a man's birthday so it's quite plain except for the color combo.  Fun to try some different colors for a guy.   The colors used are close to the ones listed for the challenge.  On the Kraft, I wanted the bottom stripe to be a little darker hue and a little shiny so put a coat of varnish on it and on the "hello".

Cardstock - MFT - Sour Apple; Banana Split; Grapesicle; Kraft; Steel Grey
Dies - MFT - Rectangle STAX Set 1; Pierced Rectangle STAX; Pierced Circle STAX; Hello Hi Happy Hello; Blueprints 1; Pierced Traditional Tags STAX

Ink - Dye - Hampton Art Studio G Black
